ORDER OF THE ADJUTANT GENERAL REPEALING CHAPTER WEM 6
The petition submitted by the Department to repeal chapter WEM 6, an unauthorized rule, was approved by the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules on June 8, 2022.
The Adjutant General hereby adopts an order repealing Chapter DMA 6, relating to relating to the establishment of certain standards for response and reimbursement procedures, including eligibility for reimbursement, for regional and local hazardous substance emergency response teams

Brief summary of proposed rule:
Chapter WEM 6 was promulgated under the authority of s. 323.70(7), Stats. That subsection was repealed by 2021 WI Act 104. The proposed rule repeals ch. WEM 6.

TEXT OF RULE
Section 1. Chapter WEM 6 is repealed.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. The rules adopted in this order shall take effect on the first day of the month following publication in the Wisconsin Administrative Register, pursuant to s. 227.22(2), Stats.
